Attending a bridal show is the best first step in planning your wedding. Bridal shows let you shop and compare wedding services and ideas without driving all over town. Bridal shows can provide needed information and services, inspirations, wedding planning memories as well as awesome savings. In order to take advantage of all the benefits bridal shows have to offer, it is best to be prepared.

Not all Bridal Shows are created equal. Find a show that best fits your style and event. By paying attention to the location where the bridal show is being held, this can help you determine a bridal show that will best fit your style. Talk with other brides about shows they have attended or check internet reviews for upcoming shows.

Shopping and comparing wedding services and ideas can take time, so plan to make a day of it. Arrive early to see everything and be able to have the opportunity to speak to wedding professionals about your day. Be sure to bring along your support team. Exhibitors will generally offer a show discount at their booths which can result in huge savings.

Cake and food samples offered at bridal shows are a great way to compare cuisine but be sure to eat a light meal before the bridal show. The samplings probably won’t be enough to get you through the day.

Bridal show fashion shows feature the latest in bridal gowns and attendants wear. Although it is great to shop for gowns in magazines or on the internet, nothing will give you a preview than what your gown and your attendants’ attire will look like than to see the gowns in person on the catwalk. Bridal gown shops are generally on hand to answer your fashion questions.

Premier Bridal Shows turns Double Play at the Doubletree Anaheim/OC!

Since the Major League Baseball Playoffs are in full swing, we thought the baseball analogy would be an apropos way of thanking all who contributed to yesterday’s Grand Slam Premier Bridal Show at the DoubleTree Anaheim/OC.

Playing with a winning Team of Wedding Professionals, Premier Bridal Shows turned another double play with both quality brides and a quantity of brides unmatched in Southern California. These upscale, serious brides attended to shop, compare and book with the wedding industry’s MVPs!

The first inning Home Run was by Janice Bernard of the DoubleTree Anaheim/OC and her incredible staff. Her “A” Game attention to detail and customer service ensured not only a beautiful and spacious location in which to hold Premier Bridal Shows but a successful and fabulous event.

The Fashion Show lineup of Flawless Weddings and Events, Renowned Events and Salon 5150 came through with a Clutch Game as the beautiful models rounded the bases in stunning bridal attire provided by Mary Me Bridal.

After an amazing show like Premier Bridal Shows’ Wedding Expo at the Radisson Newport Beach on September 18, 2011, we feel like an Oscar winner at the Academy awards!

And like an Oscar winner, we really do have so many people to thank!

First, we would like to thank Mrs. Douglas, our fifth grade drama teacher…. Wait! Wrong speech!

The honor of producing a great bridal show is a truly humbling experience and the Premier Bridal Show at the Radisson Newport Beach on September 18th was no exception.

Everyone contributed and everyone deserves our thanks.

First, we must thank the hundreds of beautiful brides who attended Premier Bridal Shows’ event on Sunday, September 18th. September has been a busy month for bridal shows in Southern California. We know that brides have many choices and thank them for attending Southern California’s only upscale wedding expo. So many of our wedding professionals have commented on the quality of Premier Bridal Shows’ brides, specifically how friendly they are and how serious and knowledgeable they are when it comes to planning their special day! We believe that part of the reason for this is that “Premier Brides” come to our shows, not looking to buy discounted, off the rack gowns, not to dive into a wedding cake or get ‘free stuff’ but rather to meet with Southern California’s finest wedding professionals, which, (segue) leads us to another thank you.

While we are thrilled that Premier Bridal Shows’ event was a success, the credit really goes to the wedding Professionals who have chosen to Step-up to Premier Bridal Shows! Our incredible caliber of professionals create amazing displays, talk to hundreds of wonderful brides while standing for hours all with just a granola bar for nutrition! But seriously, our wedding professionals transform a ballroom into a wedding masterpiece that amazes us at every show and obviously delights the brides who attend. We notice that so many brides seem to judge the quality of the wedding professionals at a bridal show based on their impression of the show itself and the hard work of our exhibitors really shows in the comments we get from brides who attend. “Premier Brides” always note that the professionals at Premier Bridal Shows are much friendlier and much less aggressive then they have noticed elsewhere. All of those traits combine to make a show like Sunday’s a success!

Our deepest debt of thanks goes to Linda Wade, Catering Manager at the Radisson Newport Beach and her incredible staff. The Radisson Newport Beach’s beautiful property is done a great service by the professional and incredibly hard working staff. They always do a great job and make our job so much easier.

Sunday’s show featured yet another awesome fashion show produced by Tracy of Flawless Weddings and Events, who, along with the extremely talented artists from Salon 5150, the gorgeous wedding attire from Mary Me Bridal, and the incredible master of ceremonies, Marc from Elegant Proposals, combined to make the fashion show a very memorable one.
